1. About the service

Postli.io provides temporary email mailboxes and aliases for short-term usage, testing, and development workflows. The service is not designed or guaranteed for long-term email storage or critical communications.

2. Pricing & fees

Postli.io is currently provided as a free service for personal and development use.

• We do not ask for or store payment card details.
• We may introduce optional paid features or plans in the future. If we do, we will clearly explain pricing and obtain your agreement before you are charged.

3. Eligibility

By using Postli.io, you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to use the service in your country.
• You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian where required.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Postli.io to:

• Break any law or regulation.
• Commit fraud, impersonate others, or engage in identity theft.
• Send spam, phishing messages, malware, or harmful links.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Attack or attempt to compromise other services or infrastructure.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security protections built into the service.

We log abusive activity and may block or ban accounts, IPs, or domains involved in abuse.

5. Temporary mailboxes, aliases & deletion

• Temporary mailboxes, aliases, and their email contents are automatically deleted after they expire or are removed.
• You are responsible for copying or saving anything you need before it is deleted.
• Once deleted, messages and mailboxes generally cannot be restored.
• We may also delete mailboxes or content earlier if needed for security, performance, or legal reasons.

6. Limits, quotas & changes to the service

To keep the service stable and fair, we may enforce reasonable usage limits, for example:

• Maximum number of emails per day.
• Maximum number of temporary mailboxes or aliases.
• Rate limits on API calls or inbox refreshes.

These limits may change over time as we improve or scale the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• That emails will always be delivered, received, or stored correctly.
• Compatibility with any particular third-party service or provider.

You use Postli.io at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Postli.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, messages, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

If your local law does not allow certain limitations, they apply only to the extent permitted.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the service if:

• You violate these Terms or our acceptable use rules.
• We detect abuse, security risk, or unlawful behaviour.
• We are required to do so by law or by a provider we rely on (such as our email infrastructure provider).

You may stop using the service at any time. You can request account deletion, though some logs or security records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
